The book says to "gem install sqlite3-ruby" and this is what happened:

installing `sqlite3-ruby`, you should install `sqlite3`. Please update your

dependencies accordingly.

Does that sound like it installed or not? Sounds like not to me. I guess I will install sqlite3 and inform Pragmatic Bookshelf?
